The prints in this series were created from sections of several of my abstract and mixed media collage paintings. I have provided two examples, each of a source painting and the prints that developed from parts of that painting.
The texts are my own words, often from phrases that form in my mind unbidden and in response to moments of elation, appreciation, exuberance, challenge, aggravation and sadness.

Do you discover your destiny or do you create it? //
What eats at me/my insides above all (other neuroses/issues) is this
crushing knowing/sense/feeling/idea that I haven’t yet & perhaps won’t be able to express the greatness inside me. // It’s like having an important idea that over and over you attempt to communicate, but never can you articulate it accurately and fully. // There is always a feeling of power/largeness from these internal inspirations—in the vision and effect—that never seems to translate; that gets h2oed-down by the time it has arrived in some form outside of me, if it gets out at all.

About Prints
Though many of my prints originate from imagery of my paintings, they are not reproductions of my paintings. My prints are original digital art produced with archival inks on archival mediums.
Prints are produced on demand (as orders are placed) and Imagekind both prints and ships the finished product directly to you. Therefore, I do not sign by hand each print ordered through Imagekind, but every print does contain my digital signature. All prints in this series are open edition.
